Stress Hacks has information about general mental health, stress, feelings, how to relax and more.

In the Health Hacks section, you’ll find information about sleeping, exercise and healthy eating, as well as alcohol, drugs and self-harming.

Life Hacks is all about how to deal with stress in your life. Stress might come from school, bullying, problems at home, or how to talk about your stress. There are also helpful tools to cope with stress and find balance.

The Mental Health Concerns section will help you learn Facts about mental health issues and concerns. Please note this section is not meant to replace a doctor’s advice, but is about what anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar and psychosis look like. There is also information on how to get help if you think you might be working through any of these issues.
